In the world,there are 12.5 billion incandescent light bulbs in demand.But its inefficiency and poor energy saving,it has been forbidden  in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other countries.United States,European Union and Japan are also have a similar policy,it makes LED bulb have replacing space in future.Although the fluorescent light bulbs technology-based energy saving light cost is less than LED  light.But energy saving light has mercury (Hg) and it may pollute the environment,while the LED is not only no mercury,but also has low  heat and long lifetime.
If LED bulb replace ordinary light bulbs,its luminous flux must archieve 1000Lm.And the LED bulb cost must be reduced to $ 1 per  thousand lumens ($ 1/Klm).Because the proportion of the traditional indoor lighting which luminous below 1000Lm has 65%.If a single LED bulb can achieve 1000Lm,means it can meet the demand of indoor lighting requirement.

According to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) data,the cold white LED luminous efficiency up to 140-150 Lm / W in 2010,while the warm white LED up to 110-110 Lm / W. After improving the light-emitting efficiency,the lumens of single LED bulb will up to 1000Lm or more.The costs maybe falling down to $ 1 per thousand lumens ($ 1/Klm).
