1. LED display to be thin and high-power
According to market observation, 20CM thickness cabinet in LED display market still has a great share. LED display applications field more and more wider, and its security risks increasing. LED display more thinner and high poower has become the pursuit of most famous manufacturers.
The thickness of LED display is not main competition, it also include more economical, energy-efficient power consumption, even better picture quality. Many aspects of technical performance advantages is the reason of LED display fast-growing in market.
2. LED display splicing
Mosaic wall is an integrated system, there are currently four types, the commonly used are projection and LED. Among them, the most commonly used in projection is 3LCD, DPL and LCOS. The price of projection technology mosaic wall is cheap, its picture quality and stability are high, it is the mainstream product in mosaic wall field.

Now widely production of large-size television products are using the direct type CCFL as the light source, this drivers need Invertor technology, due to power problems, the use of CCFL need large power consumption. 4. Package thermal material on LED directly
Now development and design of large-size LED backlight products have to face an important issue is the heat. Direct type LED backlight have a certain amount of mixing height, it is helpful to thermal. And the corresponding LED large board will do the cooling plate, to achieve the cooling effect. Now due to LED light power is high and some energy in the form of heat release, and backlight on the thermal requirements have more stringent. Overheat affect the performance of circuit components and reduce the luminous efficiency of LED lights.
