LED display have the issue of technology costs, many manufacturers have large investment in techmology so that LED display price is too  high. How to ensure the quality of LED display in technology while reducing costs?
1. Thermal performance of LED display
If the LED display have poor thermal performance, high temperature will affect the stability and accelerate peformance decay of the LED  display. So in this regard, we must make the PCB thermal design and cabinet ventilation well.
2. Cold solder joint question
When LED display is not lighting, it maybe cause by cold solder joint. Cold solder joint include many aspects, it must be prepared in  detail.
3. Control the vertical of LED display
A small deviation will directly affect LED brightness consistency and appear inconsistent color. LED panel must be perpendicular to the  PCB.
4. Anti-static LED display
Anti-static LED display manufacturers must make adequate measures in this regard. A variety of anti-power settings must be done and  regular testing.
5. LED light mix
Same color and different brightness LED lights require mixing, if here has problems, it will lead to LED display brightness not same and  direct impact on the appearance of the LED display.
6. LED electric value
Typically, the maximum use current of LED display can not exceed 80% of standard value (20 MA). Small space LED display must reduce the  current value.
7. The drive circuit design
If the drive circuit design is not good, the surrounding of LED display will less brighter than the middle of the screen.
8. The strict control of wave soldering temperature and time
Preheat temperature of 100 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the maximum temperature does not exceed 120 ℃. Soldering temperature is 245 ℃ ± 5 ℃, welding  time recommended no more than 3 seconds. After the furnace, avoid vibration or shock LED until recovery to normal temperature. The  temperature parameters of wave soldering machine should periodically test.
